Hi, I’m Melody Wright, LMFT (she/her) and I am the founder of Life by Design Therapy™. I work with clients looking to heal from relational wounding who aspire to create lasting change in their lives. I utilize somatic therapy in my work with clients because the body is so important and can provide the path to lasting change, growth, and deeper understanding.
Hello! My name is Krystal Williams (pronouns she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Somatic Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. I specialize in working with BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ+ and nonbinary individuals and communities. In therapy, I bring my openness, warmth and authenticity and I enjoy supporting clients who are struggling with major life transitions and looking to heal from systemic and environmental factors.
My Name is Erica Casco (she/her/ella) and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey towards mental health and wellness. Hello, my name is Rachel Eisenstat (she/her) and I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe therapy is a tool to bring us into deeper relationship with ourselves and our aliveness. Using a trauma-informed, and somatic-based lens, I aim to support your innate capacity to heal by uplifting your strengths and prioritizing your internal sense of safety and belonging. My style integrates attachment theory, trauma theory, Hakomi Mindfulness therapy, Parts work, and Polyvagal Theory. I draw from my background in movement and dance studies, social justice activism, neurodivergent, queer, and spiritual communities to help curate a welcoming and holistic practice. It’s an honor to witness your journey.
